Core mechanics: Harvey as a virtual pet

The game frames itself as caretaking, which is exactly what makes it uncomfortable. Four things matter:

The uncomfortable part

You raise Harvey's mood by playing mini-versions of BLOODMONEY! — torture simulators. You are doing to his simulation what players did to him. The game is fully aware of this.

The 7-day structure

  1. Day 1 — the simulation begins. Establish the care routine: feed him, keep his mood up.
  2. Day 2 — Toby asks his mother, "When is daddy coming back?" The first real gut-punch.
  3. Days 3–5 — Harvey's condition deteriorates. Keep feeding him. This is where neglect quietly becomes the Dead Ending.
  4. Day 6 — nightmares and buried memories surface. Harvey starts noticing things.
  5. Day 7 — the truth is revealed and the final confrontation plays out.

Conversations that matter

Dialogue is not filler here. The choices that carry weight:

Reaching the True Ending

The canonical ending needs consistent care across the whole week:

Get this right and Harvey works out the truth on Day 7, breaks through the screen, reaches a command prompt, and deletes himself — exposing Eun-Mi as he goes. Full ending conditions here.
